This week (13th – 19th November) is Alcohol Awareness Week.

It’s time to think about whether you, your family and friends are keeping yourselves healthy and happy by drinking the right amount of alcohol.

The aim of this year’s Alcohol Awareness Week is to get people thinking about alcohol and how it affects us as individuals, families and communities. Alcohol Awareness Week aims to promote healthy relationships with alcohol while highlighting the support available for those who are drinking too much.
